A simple way to work out the size of central heating expansion vessel required for certain sized systems.  The system fill pressure is typically near or above the

expansion vessel pre-charge pressure which must be enough to fill the system to the highest point , where 10m=1bar.  The maximum pressure should be below the setting of the pressure relief valve on the system.
